“The default communication mode of many organizations, authorities and enterprises is that they want to shout out their view of the world as loudly as possible”, says Niels Reise. Contradictions, question marks or queries would be sugarcoated, bowdlerized, or eliminated. ”One should embrace the dialogue, consider criticism as a form development aid and use one’s communication to involve society in the development of one’s business. You should use society as a community instead of leaving it in the dark. Deals behind closed curtains and corporate propaganda handicap the most creative forces the market has to offer: committed customers, citizens, people!”

Niels Reise has produced a wide range of broadcasts for public Swedish television, from sitcoms to media magazines and investigative journalism.

“The fact that the business of communication has changed for years through digitization is actually an understatement. We experience a total revolution of how to produce media, who produces it, and how to use it. This change leads on the one hand to many new opportunities which we want to open up for our partners. On the other hand, ultimately – and despite all totalitarian abuse – it also leads to total transparency. Cheating and manipulating opinions and popularity are therefore doomed to fail in the long term. Therefore, a modern organization communicates openly and in favor of its community.”

During his career, Niels has developed several formats for both television and digital media, winning a number of international awards. “For me, free thinking and creativity are the focus. Consumers of media are called users, because they should have a benefit. This is the basic principle of good communication work. Whoever starts from the sender remains alone with his communication.”
